A Defining Moment of My MBA
One of the most meaningful experiences of my MBA took me far beyond the classroom to South Africa, where I had the opportunity to work on a social impact project supporting a women-led business created for women.
This experience deepened my connection to social entrepreneurship in a way no case study ever could. It allowed me to witness firsthand how business can empower communities, create opportunity, and drive meaningful change.
Beyond the professional challenge, it was a cultural immersion learning from a different reality, understanding new perspectives, and stepping outside of my comfort zone. Opportunities like this, offered by IE, reinforced that growth happens when learning extends beyond borders.
